Another experiment that went well today. I brought an apple and banana for breakfast but i hadn't eaten it by lunch time. Here are the ingredients to this dish: 1 small banana, sliced 1/2 a large flour tortilla, or 1 small flour tortilla a handful of almonds, rinsed and cut in half 2 or 3 packets of honey 1/2 an apple, cut into small pieces (preferably cut off the skin, but its ok to leave on) Spread the honey on the flour tortilla, then add bananas, almonds, and apple pieces. Wrap in some foil and bake in toaster oven or regular oven at 450 for 5 minutes. You can also take it out of a toaster oven if it is taking too long and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute to finish it off(this is what i did because the toaster oven took too much time to heat up). Tasted great, one of the best dishes I've made so far at work! Let me know what you think if you try it.
