Honey Mustard Hamburger with Lettuce and Tomatoe
We had hamburgers the night before. I had brought in some of the fixings (vegetables) but had forgotten the bun.. So i cut up the hamburger into bite sized pieces. I added the following sauce to the hamburger pieces:
- One mayo packet (I found it in the drawer)
- One mustard packet (I found it in the drawer)
- Crushed red pepper (ditto)
- Honey packet (they are on the shelf)
- Salt (on the shelf)
- Black pepper
- a litle bit of hot water
I then combined and mixed all this up in a bowl with some white onion pieces i had cut up for fixings for the hamburgers from the night before. I put all of this on a metal tray in the toaster oven and set it to broil for 10 minutes on 325 degrees. It turned out it tasted great! Try it and let me know what you think!
